Headquartered in Los Angeles, Computer Forensics International (CFI) provides our clients a straight-forward cost effective approach to e-Discovery, electronic evidence retrieval, analysis, neutral expert and expert witness services in support of civil, criminal and internal human resources investigations. Our highly trained CFI e-Discovery experts possess the legal, business, project management, IT and computer forensics backgrounds to consult and manage the entire lifecycle process of electronic discovery using judicially recognized and accepted methods. We're very familiar with the mandate of California's Electronic Discovery Act and the e-Discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding ESI (electronically stored information). Our forensics specialists, all former law enforcement, use state-of-the-art tools and breakthrough procedures to confidentially recover, safeguard, analyze, and present data extracted from various computer storage devices to identify individuals, motives, and their methods. Then as required, provide expert testimony regarding examination findings. We have been appointed to and are currently serving on the prestigious Los Angeles Superior Court Panel of Expert Witnesses.
